This place is three levels. The top level is Karina which is like a club, the middle level is the restaurant type level and the basement is another club/ bar level with DJs and such.The top level Karina was also very nice, but more elegant and true club like. It would be a great space for renting out. It appears to have DJs too, but was dead empty at midnight on a Saturday. Everyone was in the basement.We loved the basement level for nightlife. It's a good place for private parties and, surprisingly, as I discovered this year, a good place to watch political events! The food is more than decent, and there's a good variety of drinks. Overall, it's a good place for groups and smaller (but still loud) conversations.
I went here for the Just For Laughs Auditions by Yuk Yuk's and the comedian lineup was great. Service was quick and friendly, food was decent, and atmosphere/ambience was perfect.
