Presentation, service level and quality of ingredients were very high. Ambiance was also stylish and chic. However my point of criticism would be the over-reliance on a sweet brown sauce and tempura. Four of the six courses had these elements. Too much sweetness and fat can be overwhelming to the palate and the stomach. I wish the chefs had balanced these elements against other flavours more carefully. We had ordered the OMAKASÉ II.
This is by far the best sushi restaurant I have been to. My husband and I have been eating there for the past ten years. The quality and freshness of the fish are outstanding, every single time! The flavour combinations are simply beyond compare. The presentation is a work of art and the taste is just incredible. There’s always a lineup and the price is worth every penny. NOT TO BE MISSED! KAZUMI is the very best!!
I was there with my daughter to celebrate her 10th birthday. The service was perfect, good advice for the dishes according to our desires, nice touches for the birthday girl who was delighted with her first experience in a sushi restaurant. And what about the highlight of the meal (for my daughter), the Chocolate Extase! ?? Thank you Kazumi and her friendly staff.
