I was placed in a smoker zone, meanwhile I asked to be in a non-smoker zone. The waitress told me there is no non-smoker zone, but there is. Each time we had to call the waitress to place an order. The weren't available and difficult to find. She came only once to ask if we are ready to order. The only service i appreciate is the guy that came to remove the empty plates immediately as we finished. He was very proactive. The food was good and the place is well decorated.

Kenza was a cool place. Food hookah and pretty good drinks. We only had a variety of appetizers but they were all pretty tasty.

The service at this establishment is subpar. We reserved a table last night and once we arrived they told us that we had to sit at the bar even though we had made a reservation over the phone prior. I asked multiple times if we could be accommodated to get an actual table since my friends and I wanted to eat and the waiters kept telling us that they’d get back to us and then would disappear and not come back again.They did not care to accommodate us and they are very unfriendly and the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. On top of that, at the end of the night, the server was not satisfied with her tip. I gave her 10% since the service was not great and she was still complaining to me that the tip was not enough. These servers are very entitled. I would not recommend this place if you want to have a bad customer service experience. It’ll dampen your mood. Otherwise, the food is pretty decent and the DJ was very good playing the latest afrobeats and Latin music hits.

I went to Kenza with my friends and they ate really well, good shisha, nice atmosphere, good music and there were a lot of people there, it was really fun and the waitress Megane was very nice and gave us wonderful service. I really enjoyed my evening and I plan to go back soon 👍🤝

Nice, clean place but the waiters tried to tip her self and I told her that I want to put the percentage and she said it’s 15% minimum and from what ever I gave her I was supposed to get 14$ and she came back and gave me 3$ in change. She basically tipped her self about 30$ and I told her to go back and give me back my money and she did so.
The funny part is when she did bring back my money she didn’t apologize for what she did she just left and this shows me that she’s did that intentionally.
Place was fine but waitress made it horrible. She guilt trip my friend for giving less than 20% tip, almost demanding more and lying saying that she will have to cover the rest of the tip with her own money. Ridiculous. The hookah tube is in plastic for a very expensive one. Do not recommend.

Booked a private room at this hookah place, planning to puff on a cigar or a shisha with friends and have a good conversation. Unfortunately, the place was bustling, and the room was dark. They had a live DJ playing music at a very high volume, so loud that the waitress was unable to hear us and mistook our orders several times. Due to the mix-ups, we didn't order any food, yet the drinks and cigar were a bit costly.
