J’ai pris le brisket. C’était pas mal, mais manquait un peu du gout de fumé d’un brisket texan. La serveuse avait un décolleté très imposant, peut être un peu trop.Vegetarian options: They have brussels sproutDietary restrictions: Chefs can accommodate

The cocktails and risotto were very small for the price, too bad it spoiled the meal. The buratta and brisket were very good. The risotto was very good despite the very small quantity.

What a treat to be a part of their 8 year celebration. I live in the neighborhood and am very happy that Knox is such an important part of PSC. The staff is top notch and the service impeccable. Definitely a place to seek out if you have never been. Atmosphere, food, drinks but especially the welcoming staff are A+. I unfortunately forget our main servers name but she'll remember our commonality with Concordia University. You were amazing and I do hope our paths cross again in what I'm sure will be your brilliant future! So nice to have met you!

At Knox, the service is as warm and welcoming as the ambiance. From the moment you're greeted at the door, you're treated like family by the attentive staff. Servers are knowledgeable about the menu and eager to make recommendations based on your preferences.

An intimate setting with lively music that works for both a date or a gathering of freinds. A homey vibe makes it feel like the type of place you can go to weekly (we would if we lived closer).A low-key tavern style establishment with a decor full of subtle details that really entertained us. The exterior is especially understated with no clear sign to indicate there's a pub there at all. That's just the look!  The creative, very strong and well priced cocktails were out of this world. Don't be put off by the short(ish) menu, every item is of the utmost quality with meticulously picked ingredients. Our main courses were delectable and well prepared - we wish we had more. The exquisite pecan maple pie and lucious pear white forest cake had us dreaming. The service we received was beyond excellent, everyone that works there can give a class on it. You'd expect a tavern dynamic but end up receiving a high end experience. Super friendly, very quick and our water glass refilled faster than we could drink it (even though the bottle was on the table)Overall well feel it is underrated. It doesn't seem like much, but the closer you look the more amazing details you notice. You shouldn't sleep on this place.

Great place for a date night or a small gathering with friends. Nice atmosphere and all the servers were wonderful. The food was good although I personally found the brisket a little heavy, fatty, and salty. The oysters, fries and cocktails are delicious though. I will be back to try more things on the menu for sure.

Really liked this place. Food was refined but descent portions. Servers are very nice and ambience is clutch. Music was good too (as a millennial).Vegetarian options: Yup there are meatless options. Probably half the menu is suitable.

I am really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There were 4 of us and unfortunately, several aspects of our visit did not live up to our expectations.Firstly, the quality of the food leaves something to be desired. I ordered the fried halloumi with beer batter, it was bland, lack of kick!. The Brussels sprouts as a starter were OK. As a main course, the beef tartare served flat on the plate without any crouton or other to accompany, much too mustard and a cut of meat much too small, the beetroot risotto lacked so much flavor, no taste, bland and the beef brisket and fries ok but nothing more. The presentation lacked care. Additionally, the portion was very small compared to the price paid. The service was perhaps a little too attentive, but still OK.Regarding the atmosphere, the lighting was much too dim, when I had to use my cell as lighting, an atmosphere a little too warm. Finally, the value for money is clearly unbalanced. The prices charged are not justified by the quality of the dishes offered. In summary, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing in many ways. I sincerely hope that these comments will be taken into consideration to improve the customer experience in the future.
