Wish we had a location in Ottawa! Always visit Krispy Kreme in Montreal when we visit. So many yummy selections
There's no universe in which it should take over 2 hours for a box of donuts. I placed my delivery order at 7:30am right when the store opened and it wasnt delivered until 9:38am. It took an hour and 20 mins just for the order to be prepared. It's literally a single box of donuts, and this has happened 5 times now. You guys have no idea how to prepare for morning opening, it is completely unreasonable to wait more than 2 hours for your order, and its happened so many times now I am no longer interested in giving you guys my morning business. There's a hundred other shops out there that can prepare their orders within an hour. I STRONGLY recommend nobody bother ordering here for morning treats for their office/staff. They are completely incapable of fulfilling these orders within a reasonable time frame.

After having dinner in the area I walked past this donut shop and decided to stop in for dessert. The staff was helpful and they had a large selection of tasty donut-style treats. I opted for the chocolate cake donut which was glazed – Tasty!
Krispy Kreme never disappoints!
Gabriel cannot speak English and hung up the phone TWICE on me . I called to place a large order for Valentine’s Day and tried asking a simple question about the availability of valentines donuts. He could not answer and was extremely unprofessional. Absolutely appalling that I was unable to place an order because of an unqualified staff member who clearly doesn’t value his job or customers .
