Krespy Creamy is a new and spacious spot in downtown Montreal the place looks really nice and clean, with great hygiene and a welcoming vibe. I didn’t get the chance to try their food yet, but everything looks promising. I’ll definitely come back soon to rate the food and service next time!

I really appreciate the service I received here. The staff are always welcoming. I visited this place again recently for their Harry Potter themed donuts and I loved the Gryffindor donut.
Ask for Halal food among available time. You have to choose the suitable and check the ingredients and other fat sources before paying any!

I waited until this happened a dozen times no pun intended. Very poor inventory management control, they consistently always run out of the LTO donuts. It’s a big waste of time. Whoever is running this joint should look for another job.
Got some properly un-American sized mini donuts with solid flavor! Obvious, but was very sweet (too much for me). Cool that they give out hats

Didn't even buy from them and you shouldn't either. The servers barely work and actually laugh in your face. I even saw one of them throw a donut in someone's box. No professionalism. Every single table and chair was nasty and dirty. Clearly no one cleans them regularly. Even the self serve station was a mess. If that's what the clients see as they enter the building, how can you trust their food ? This place is a joke. Also, the donuts themselves don't even look fresh. Save your time and money.

Enjoyed my visit here. Couple of Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a chocolate latte which is terrific. Store was quiet when I arrived however, filled quickly with a dozen university kids who were on a hunt for doughnuts! Eatery was clean and I'd definitely return.

It was my colleague’s birthday and we wanted to order from uber because she really likes the raspberry filled doughnuts but on uber it’s only assorted box so I called the store and asked if I write a note with my order can they follow it or do they have the raspberry one available they said yes so I pass the order and nothing was correct in the hole box there wasn’t even one raspberry doughnuts. If they only sent one it would fine my colleague would take but not even one. If they said no over the phone it would have been all good but why say yes you can follow the note with the order and then send us something completely different.
