This is the typical neighborhood local owner. The owner is friendly and fast service. Nice price for the food you get. Definitely do not judge a book by its cover. This is a diamond in the rough.
This is probably the best value sit down meal you'll get at any restaurant in Monk or Verdun. I ordered the shish taouk meal on a Saturday night and it was a big portion (see picture) for the price. Skewer was fresh and tender, plus the garden salad was super fresh. My only quibble is that the seasoning for the chicken was a bit lacking. But I'll bring my own sauce next time. Give this place a shot!
