One star is generous. Non existent customer service. No accountability. Manager laughs in your face and doesn’t take responsibility for her lack of consideration. The store « participates » nominally in the Too Good To Go app but always cancels the orders past the last minute and as you’re walking into the store for the pick up. There is nothing good here. No doughnut is worth this kind of treatment. If you have nothing to sell and you have no capacity to own your mistakes and treat your customers with the consideration you owe the, you are in the wrong business. For anyone looking for a good doughnut and the customer service and respect to go with it, I recommend you take your business to Le trou de beigne.
Still the best donuts in town
Amazing donuts
The cafe creme donut is one of the best donuts I’ve had. They serve vegan donuts too. Also, The place is really cozy and cute.
Beautiful space and delicious food made from scratch.
Fresh donuts and fresh sandwiches ,very friendly staff , antique spot to take photos
Donuts are really good. Really good. Enough said.
I can confidently say that if I lived next door, I’d be in serious trouble. I’d probably end up eating donuts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! They’re that good. In my honest opinion, these are hands down the best donuts in all of Montreal. Every bite is pure perfection. Soft, fresh, and irresistibly delicious!
In my humble opinion, they make the tastiest doughnuts in CDN-NDG.
I’ve always loved their donuts, but my last visit really left a bad taste in my mouth. A few weeks ago, I stopped by the café and walked up to the counter only to be completely ignored for a full seven minutes. There was no one in line; the previous customer had already paid and sat down.
I understand being busy, but basic customer service isn’t that hard. As a paying customer, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. The cashier, who had light colored hair and glasses, didn’t greet me or even say “I’ll be with you in a minute.” She just continued packing orders without a word. None of the other employees said anything either they all avoided eye contact.
Out of frustration, I even pulled out my phone and timed how long it would take for someone to acknowledge me. Only after finishing the previous order did the cashier finally speak to me.
If you can’t show basic manners or respect toward customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. There are plenty of people who would happily do that job with a better attitude. The owners should know their staff’s behavior is driving away loyal customers. I’ve been coming here for a long time, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Best doughnuts, most cosy coffee shop. I wish they were open till 8pm
Like their bagel!
Usually my go-to spot in the neighborhood, but twice now I’ve walked 30+ minutes to the shop just to see it’s closed without any warning. It is super frustrating. A social media heads up would be appreciated.
The food is amazing. Fresh and made to perfection. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Highly recommend this place.
Wow! Definitely one of the best doughnuts I ever had. I had the earl gray one and it was light and fluffy and the icing wasn’t too sweet. Amazing
