Have had better bubble tea spots within the city. The kiosk is not user friendly and if you're a regular bubble tea drinker, the drinks will taste a little off from what you're normally used to.

Was able to find this place after a bit of searching. It is on the 2nd level. Pretty basic interior but they were able to get a thai tea with light boba and it came in such a cute container. Bathrooms are tiny and you must be a customer to use.

A must when visiting Chinatown.
Lots of flavor choices.
Large space with several tables so perfect for taking your time.
The only negative point is 4 small Bubble teas; almost $27
