Forgot to take pic on my orders. Got mango and taro to go.
i ordered on uber eats a lime green tea and received a lemon honey. I'm so sad because I always order the lime green tea downtown so I know it's not what I got. I asked for less sugar and it taste a lot like honey (when its not supposed to taste like it) plus theres no lime and it's not sour at all it's just super sweet.
Money wasted :(
Says it opens at 12 came in to buy a bubble tea at 12:15 and no tapioca the person that works there said it would be ready in 30 mins came back 40 mins after and she said it will be ready in 20 mins VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I came in between my breaks to come get this and the person had no type of empathy just did not value my time at all and did not even acknowledge or take no form of accountability! Very disappointed did not like the service at all. Will reconsider coming in the future.
Was standing and waiting for a good while. Thought the worker would serve us once she was done doing Uber orders. Turns out she just sat down ignored us and was locked on her phone. No greetings whatsoever.
A nice Eye contact once we walked out.
To the girl with long blond dead hair ??

Happened like 3 times I came and they hadn't prepared the tapioca in time because an employee was late to work that day. Later, when there were tapioca, I was disappointed by the sheer amount of sugar in the regular sugar drinks. It made me feel kind of sick.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.I was there this evening at 9:20 p.m. with my granddaughter and he didn't want to serve us saying that it closes at 10:00 even though he was serving someone else. He doesn't even make an exception for a crying little girl.

very slow service
Great place for a good Bubble Tea, a classic in Montreal. More affordable prices than Presotea. 1 star removed because there is often a lack of tapioca at this branch. Also, an employee responded in English when we spoke to her in French, which is really weird. I haven't seen this employee in a while so I'm guessing she doesn't work there anymore. Other than that, the staff is super respectful and cordial.

One of the best bubble tea shop I’ve frequented. A big list of options, highly customizable drinks and the new yakult selection is my favourite (even though I’d like they add more yakult…) Friendly staff and big shop, we can see each drink are actually made with ingredients instead of just adding syrup to tea like a lot of places. Only one con is that they refuse credit card, so it’s either debit or cash. But given that most bubble tea places ask from 12$ per drink and this place only charges about 9$, I’d say it’s really worth it.

The drinks are good but the cashier is not at all smiling, disappointed with the lack of experience, you should think about hiring girls who are less friendly than that
The girl who worked at l2 Côte des Neiges on January 6 around 6 p.m. was not wearing any cap (while her colleague was), and she did not even have her hair tied up. Major lack of hygiene.

Drinks were okay- only option to customise is no sugar. Very sweet drinks, tasteless tapioca. Place was small and cramped, not very clean either. Cashier/barista was kind, but got my drink wrong.
