I ordered a coffee that was ok and a croissant that was fairly good. However the customer service was quite unwelcoming and I won't be going back. When I entered the store I stood in front of the pastry counter for several minutes while two employees (three feet away) ignored me and discussed how to put pastries in display baskets. Finally a third employee asked if I had ordered. Then, I had to request coffee at the cash register because according to a sign, you aren't allowed to order it at the pastry counter. I was told to wait for my coffee by the exit in a freezing storage room, although the store was almost empty. Then when I recieved my coffee no milk was available, it turns out you have to ask the employee when you ordered, but they never informed me. Left feeling that I had certainly inconvenienced all the staff by being a customer.

La Bête à Pain is a wonderful, cozy, and truly local bakery. I love that every time I visit, there’s always something new and delicious to discover — from pastries to bread, everything is made with incredible quality. The flavors are amazing, and the creativity never stops.

Great hot food to go and great viennoiserie. I got the pizza and it was perfect for a bite during lunch hour. Light and not overly heavy. Perfect balance of the focaccia dough and ratatouille toppings on the pizza.

C'est tellement triste parce que c'tait tellement bon avant, mais il y a une employ qui est tellement bte et impolie... je ne sais pas trop quoi dire de plus que je n'irai plus.

Usually I really like the bread beast but this is the second time that someone has tried to give me burnt baguettes, I mean burnt in fact, after my remark to the saleswoman another one put them aside this one who served me had put them back on sale. Moreover, the lemon tartlet was not fresh, the cream tasted like the day before and the shortbread was wet.
Big disappointment. And strangely I don't have a Quebecois face so we allowed ourselves but despite my Arab face I'm French too bad.

Everything is super good and fresh, the service is always very pleasant, there is a lot of choice of products. It's a little expensive but it's still a bakery and for the quality of the products it's reasonable. They also have a small terrace which is nice when the weather is nice.

A must-see in Fleury. We love it! A little expensive but the bread is really so good, not to mention their pastries, their sandwiches and salads, and even the prepared meals. The employees are friendly and friendly

Fantastic breads and focaccia. Excellent quality. No vegan desserts/pastries which is a bummer.
