I wasn't convinced by this place. The waitresses were not very motivated, I regularly saw them on their phones. Several times people came to ask us what we wanted to eat (feeling of forcing) When we said that we ultimately didn't want to eat, the waitress told us after having consumed our drink that we had to have a dish because they didn't They didn't have an alcohol license. However, another waitress who was taking the order at the table next door asked the customers if it was for a drink or to eat too? We didn't really understand ?. So we had homemade fries which were particularly salty.

We were a group of 7. We were well served and well advised on portions. Tasty tapas. The mushroom risotto and tuna tataki are definitely must order. Cocktails a little expensive but it was an excellent evening!

The food is missing balance. The items are cooked properly but the seasoning could be perfected a bit more. The service and drinks are excellent.
The food was well executed (ribs and Udon), innovative in the case of the duck arancini and the cheese mousse and crumble dessert;and all were equally tasty. Service was friendly and the music was at a pleasant level ie we could hear each other speak.Vegetarian options: Available and as well prepared and tasty as the meat dishes.

Mon resto coup de cœur! Des tapas qu’on dévore, des breuvages créatifs, un personnel attentionné. Le spécial du lundi avec les huîtres à 1$ ne déçoit jamais. Le service pourrait être plus rapide, mais on passe toujours une belle soirée à La Bêtise. Les dumplings à l’agneau: un must. Pour terminer votre repas, les churros sont un incontournable. Définitivement un de mes meilleurs restaurants à Montréal !

Went here for MTLaTABLE, we absolutely made the right choice! Food was fantastic. The risotto with duck had me ready to settle down and have three children. It was my first time having lamb tartare which was also delightful. Don’t even get me started on the desserts because there are no words to describe them. Exceptional, sensational, fantabulous.
