0/10 worst customer service I have ever seen, I am sick I asked the lady who wears glasses in the evening to use the toilet she had asked me to order before, I told her that it's urgent I come back and I order she told me: YOU GO TO THE CHECKOUT FIRST, I asked to speak to the manager she stopped her from telling me the same sentence YOU GO TO THE CHECKOUT FIRST, every word that I tell her she repeats the same thing to me, even though we were really going to order from them we canceled 0/10 and the woman was really RUDE ?

For $12 (not including tax), if you take it to go, you've got 4 to 5 bites of Italian poutine. This is beyond expensive. If you don't know Montreal, this is the price you should pay in a seated premium restaurant for a poutine side twice as big. This is a shame because of you don't grand it to go by portion seems to be waaaaaay larger

My partner and I came here after a super long commute to get to Montreal and this was the first place we stumbled on. Super cute and nice place, fast service and food was hot fresh and tasty. Their burgers and (big)poutine was awesome and hit the spot. Defs would recommend!Thank you so much to the restaurant!

Ovrerall La Belle Province was a good and fast lunch option. The food itself wasn't that much better, but the speed that it came really showed why it is considered a fast food restaurant.

The food is not bad, there's much better down the street. But the worst was the guy charging on 29th September 2024 around 12am was acting weird, and have a weird look and made fun of our group, trying to speak Spanish and saying that we should come the next day. I think management should train their personnel to acte polite and treat the same way all kinds of people like its costume in Montreal

Horrible service. Nobody welcomed us, in the eyes of the workers behind the counter from the first sight was obvious that they don’t plan to serve us. They took the order from others who were behind us and came later, so we left the place. Judging and behaving like this, is unacceptable in a place like this. I believe that the food can be great here, but due to the unpleasant behaviour we couldn’t try, therefore one star goes here.

Had come here in the past and the food was fine. However, the last time I went in, I ordered a smoked meat poutine. I wasn't paying attention like I should and left the location, though verbally confirmed it was a smoked meat poutine. Later, when I opened the box, I realized there was no meat in this. Was a bummer because I really had a craving for a smoked meat poutine.
