The sandwich and salad were excellent (though the filet mignon was not trimmed an had gristle!), however, the service was rude, abrupt and cold. I engaged them: hello, thank you. Nothing from them. I might as well been interacting with a wall. The customers ahead of me who were waiting for their food almost had their food thrown at them. I was handed a box which I had to open to make sure it was mine.

I think it’s time to look at how we can live in a society together. That was awful and I hope their day gets better.

The employee named Kaissa gave me a rude attitude while i was asking for the price , also i asked her gently about the payment and the receipt and she replied to me unprofessional and provocative attitude. Bad service

I have been wanting to go there for a while and I did recently.
I loved the sandwiches I took.
They were very delicious tasteful.
I just wish they were more portion wise.
My bill was higher than I expected. I
looked at the tabouleh and knew was not gonna love it but decided to give it a chance. Turns out I was right. I was so disappointed with especially since i asked for more juice and the employee looked at me weird.
As a Lebanese they do not make authentic or worth eating tabouleh. I would not advice anyone to buy it at all.

I was trying to find a coffee place with some food using the maps app and I got so confused. Finding this massive underground mall with a ton of choices was a lot to take in at 7am. Thankfully after walking around and checking out the option I settled on this place, it had a decent crowd so I figured it was promising. They were very quick with their services having multiple people on coffee and pretty much one handling food and one floating between the register and everything else. Pretty quick service. Coffee was good, not bitter. The Lox Bagel was pretty good, although it got smashed a bit when they cut it. Pretty fresh, though the tomato wasn't ripe. Definitely a good spot to start your day.

I am visiting from Sydney Australia. The 2 guys who worked there on 13/07/2025 around 230pm are extremely rude and do not understand what customer service is. After a short argument, “the kitchen guy wanting to prove his point to me”, I ended up cancelling my order. Very disappointed.

They say their croissants is fresh from this morning but it’s not the taste was not fresh at all and Nothing to justify the price too. The coffee, I felt drinking milk with ice. Good luck. I will never go back to this tourists trap.
