Very nice place, kind staff, with very average food. Ordered 2 x double cheeseburgers - meat was dry and not juicy at all, bland and under seasoned. I believe the head chef either is inexperienced, or maybe lost his passion for food. The salad wasn’t fresh in the hamburger. So two double cheeseburgers with french fries plus tips = around 70$. The best burger in Montreal. Juicy and very tasty. Sides are also good. I always bring my friends to La Boulette. I’ve tired many other places tbh and this place is still my favourite for the burgers. Salads and fries are also good as sides.
We waited almost an hour but it was a warm night. We split a bottle of wine .Waiter opened the bottle then served some wine to each but after that never poured any wine again. I expect open and forget in a BYOB not a licenced restaurant The free water bottles offered the water tasted good . The design of the diningroom room was not adjusted for noise control .
