Visited the tea room on January 4th 2024.

Food : The 3-Tiered Stands were very good, everything served to us, we enjoyed. Both stands they offer were delicious.

Service : Unfortunately, the service wasn’t great. We know the employees did their best, as the place was packed and they seemed to only be 3 working during the rush. The wait time to be sit, take our order and receive our food was pretty long. As other reviews mentioned it, it took 50+ minutes to receive our food, and no one came to check on us during our time at La Brume. However, in other reviews, the owner seems to deem this as a pretty common wait… if it is, we will know what to expect next time. I’m wondering what’s the point of choosing our 3-Tiered Stands in advance (claiming it will reduce the wait time) when reserving for a spot if the wait is still going to be almost an hour. Also, the only interaction we had with the staff was when they took in our order, and when they brought the tea and the food. Overall, they seemed pretty overwhelmed and we don’t blame the staff. We just wish they had more people scheduled to offer a better service.

Atmosphere : Very packed place, but very cozy.

Despite the not so great service, we still enjoyed our afternoon at La Brume Dans Mes Lunettes.

Their hot chocolate and cookies are super good! However, the tables are really too close together and it is not comfortable for studying.

The tea was well prepared and the appetizers were excellent, even exceptional, and it was very filling! The price is more than reasonable, especially considering the quality. Note: the service is relaxed (hipster style) and we had to ask for napkins and utensils. The atmosphere is more café than tea room and it’s a little noisy. But it didn't bother us at all, and I recommend the place without hesitation! Truly a favorite, a real little neighborhood gem!

Very nice cafe visually speaking, however the waitresses/baristas are very closed, not smiling, really not pleasant. It doesn't make you want to come back, it's a shame.

This was our first time at this very cozy, warm, and welcoming place for tea time, and we had a delightful time!
A simple and relaxing ambiance with a long list of delicious, creative, and traditional  teas (we tried a few), 8+ different flavors of excellent scones, three-tier -tier serving tray full of sweet pastries and savory sandwiches, all made in-house. It all seems very fancy but is, in fact, very affordable. We would love to return and try more types of tea very soon!

We went for high tea. It took a solid 45 minutes to get our food after we got our tea so tea was cold and the did not offer a water refill. They served a tiny portion of sour cream (yup, not even Devonshire/clotted cream) and jam (like a tablespoon) for 3 people. Food was decent but nothing to write home about. Conclusion…It’s more like a coffee shop than a tea house with students on their computers.

Parking: Hard to find parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible, there are 2 steps to enter and the place is tiny.
