We had a horrible experience when we dine in at your place tonight. The waitress named Florence. She took forever to serve our table. Almost 40 minutes she show up to took the order with an attitude. The chicken wings was Super salty. We ordered two Pitcher of beer, but it took her forever to get it. The third’s pitchers she totally forgot. The utensil was not even enough for all of us. Her attitude is very disrespectful & rude . When we want to order something she’s always ignore us and serve the other table instead. She never came to check up with us if we needed anything else. As a customers service she needed to be retrain because that’s not qualified enough to be a waitress with these careless character.
The hottest in front of the front desk was rude too. We informed her that the stair case is pitch dark there is no light it’ll be dangerously , it can cause someone fall but she answered back with the tone of voice: ( oh I check it later!).
We came here to celebrate Thanks giving with families and friends but end up to get an awful experience in customer service at your location.

Was disappointed. I came to watch a boxing match (with friends) broadcasted live on Netflix a week ago. The whole night it was buffering. Ordered buffalo chicken wings which was tasty and a large plate of nachos with melted cheddar cheese, guacamole, cream cheese and pico de gallo, it was ok. Besides that, it kinda felt like I could of just stayed home, eat the same food and watch the game for free.

Had a great service by Stephanie on Tuesday afternoon. Service was friendly, attentive and fast. The atmosphere was lively and uplifting. Also appreciated that they were able to put on the soccer game I wanted to watch. Was a great first experience, thank you!

Didn’t let me order or stay because I had a coffee from second cup smh what a shame. Manager said he rather lose a customer over a coffee because I didn’t buy the coffee there

Me and 5 of my friends got into the habit of meeting every Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the sports cage at Place Versailles. Last Friday, we agreed as usual to go have a few beers but this time, we agreed that we would have dinner at my place. When the waiter offered us the menu and we declined the offer and started with pitchers, his disappointment was evident on his face (Max). As soon as we were almost at the end of our drinks, before the waiter even had time to ask us if we wanted other things, a young lady came to the end of the table and ordered us to want to leave because the table is reserved. At one glance, it was obvious that our $$$$ presence was no longer desired, even though several tables were free in our section.
Thank you for this derogatory attitude on the part of the staff and we will now find it easy to take our drinks elsewhere and we will inform those around us of this abusive behavior.
No more sports cages.

I have been 7 weeks in a row. The last two. 30 min to wait for our worm. The waiter who makes jokes but knows nothing about service. We had to go back to the kitchen pass to ask for our bill. Train your staff. Zero management and service. To avoid. (I work in catering)

Extremely slow service... there is almost no one there and yet... The food lacked seasoning. The chili sauce in the burger is non-existent and the poutine sauce tastes nothing at all. Room for improvement, that’s for sure.

We were there last night and I have never been so disappointed with food… the service was great the hostess was impeccable the place and clean. We ordered the squid and wings as a starter, much too salty and the oil was ridiculous.... The chicken burger had only the burnt breading well camouflaged by the sauce :(: the steak was a joke I have never had such a thin piece of meat... in short to have a drink it's okay don't be hungry
