Last night, the waiter approached the question of bills quite late (near the last fight), which didn’t allow us to scan our apps(he also didn’t ask and just handed out all the bills).
On another occasion, my the total on my gift card was taken by default when my bill was less than the amount of the gift card. The waitress didn’t know how to process gift cards, no option to tip, nothing. Just the whole balance taken.

Sat around for 10 minutes. Took 5 minutes to get a menu and small water cups. Server left before we could order drinks. Sat around for another 5 minutes. Nothing. Several servers walked past us, 2 guys twidling their thumbs. It was not super busy. So we left. Disappointing.

I went there 2 Saturdays ago to watch the UFC 322. I ordered a Nacho. This is the worst Nacho I have had at any sports bar in Montreal in the last 35 years. Nachos are pratically burned. They put almost no cheese on it. Such a cheap resto. And they charge 25$ for it. I complained to the waiter after. He took the note. Didn't offer my any empathy or to speak to a manger. Don't give a rat's behind.

Super slow service and the place was almost empty, very dirty inside, 1hr wait for food and quite the worse cage food.
Went there Saturday 6pm before the Hockey game rush. We were seated and waited for close to 30 mins before anyone even acknowledged us , at one point I was sure we were on a hidden camera show I was that bad. The place was absolutely filthy , stacks of dirty dishes all over the place and the bathrooms omg disgusting all while employees stood around chatting or on their phones. We sat near the kitchen and watched food sit under red lights for unreasonable amounts of time while guests waited. When our food finally came it was all terrible, wings dry and fish tacos soggy. My first and last time at Cage Jockeys.

While the owners of this franchise concept like to try to impress people by opening stores in France, their store on Decarie doesn't have pizza on a Friday night. Last week they didn't have any chicken wings on Thursday night. I am done with this place. When ownership doesn't take care of their stores in their major market, the franchise is doomed long term.
Also whoever designed this sports bar should be fired. The configuration doesn't make any sense for many of the seats. Totally unprofessional operation and, frankly, very embarrassing for the employees the way this place is managed.

I stopped by La Cage to catch a hockey game and great food. The atmosphere was electric, and great service even though the place was packed. I felt like being part of the crowd at the arena, but with better seats and way better food.

Went to watch blues playoff game 7 and was told they could not put game on because the montreal canadians were playing !!!there were loads of people there with jays hats jerseys on and they wouldn't put the jays game on. Pathetic!!!! Had their wings last time I was here only have two flavors and both are absolutely garbage. Place is always empty on reason people were there were to watch jays game.

Amazing food, great staff, and large tv’s to watch sports. Our server Anncy was amazing to talk to and gave us great recommendations on food to eat there. The manager Cynthia does an amazing job with her staff as well. Very polite and attentive to the needs of those being served. Highly recommend.
