La Classe in Montréal offers a sophisticated dining experience with impeccable service and culinary masterpieces. The staff's knowledge and passion for gastronomy create a luxurious yet welcoming ambiance. The head chef ensures excellent food prepared with great detail by closely supervised students. Despite a slightly overpowering orange flavor in the appetizer, the passion fruit dessert was a standout. The quiet environment and very good service make La Classe a restaurant not to be missed, earning its well-deserved five-star rating in Montréal's dining scene.
La Classe is part of the College LaSalle Hotel/Restaurant management program, where students work and have opportunities to learn. Serving amazing food at amazing prices, it is a favorite for lunch in Montreal. The students are happy to explain the menu and dishes, and the food is phenomenal, with a rotating weekly menu that allows for experimentation. While the students may be a little awkward at times, they are still learning, and the overall experience is highly recommended.
