Terrible experience at this location. The staff were clueless, unhelpful, and ignored our request to change a messed-up order. No menu, no pricing, and the employee admitted, “cones don’t work with the dip” — a clear lie, considering all the photos online. The place was hot, disorganized, and felt unhygienic. Paid $9.50 for one scoop in a cup — hollow inside, drowned in artificial-tasting syrup, and just plain bad. Total waste of money and time.
