Terrible experience at this location. The staff were clueless, unhelpful, and ignored our request to change a messed-up order. No menu, no pricing, and the employee admitted, âcones donât work with the dipâ â a clear lie, considering all the photos online. The place was hot, disorganized, and felt unhygienic. Paid $9.50 for one scoop in a cup â hollow inside, drowned in artificial-tasting syrup, and just plain bad. Total waste of money and time.
Probably the slowest service I have ever received. Reese's Pieces were stale. Looks unclean. No A/C and no smile. R The audacity of their prices!

Usually I love la diperie the ice cream is amazing but this particular location is ALWAYS understaffed. I waited in line for 20 mins just to be told that they donât have the MAIN THING theyâre supposed to have which is vanilla soft serve, all they had was regular ice cream ( 4 flavors). The workers didnât seem to care that the line was long and one was taking their time in the back on the phone. The ice cream is always very good, i always come here for that soft serve but the service always disappoints. Please staff the place correctly because this diperie is always busy and you can tell the workers are stressed out on top of not having any ice cream.
