J'ai fêté mon anniversaire lors d'un brunch avec des amis la fin de semaine passée, et tout le monde a adoré la bouffe, l'ambiance et le service. Un merci spécial à l'hôtesse qui a été super gentille, elle a même mis de la musique brésilienne et a essayé de parler portugais avec nous! Pour des immigrants comme nous, ce genre d'accueil fait vraiment toute la différence. Merci! Je comprends la politique de réservation avec des frais en cas de no-show, mais honnêtement, j'ai presque annulé à cause de ça. C'est plate que la personne qui fête doive payer parce que certains invités ne se sont pas présentés. J'aurais aussi aimé pouvoir apporter mon propre gâteau pour chanter « joyeux anniversaire ». À part ça, tout était vraiment parfait!

It was a wonderful find in our trip in Montreal. We have tried many brunch places and this was definitely top of the line. The food portions were perfect and the taste was even better. They even brought a sparkling candle for the birthday boy! :) Will be back next time we are in Montreal.

Food was awesome, waitstaff was friendly. Once we finished food (napkins and utensils on plate) we weren't seen or even looked at by waitstaff for a half hour. Had to get up to flag someone down finally to get bill and table cleared. Restaurant wasn't terribly busy.

We had the most wonderful brunch at Le Bistrot La Fabrique this Sunday and it could not have been more perfect! • The service was impeccable, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Michel, our server, was amazing, and every staff member we interacted with was equally kind and welcoming. We truly felt special. • The food was delicious and pure indulgence , beautifully presented and full of flavor. We sat on the patio on a gorgeous Sunday morning, with blue skies above and rue Saint-Denis buzzing with life. The atmosphere was just perfect. • And the personal touch of bringing out a glass filled with bright pink cotton candy with a candle for our friend's birthday was the sweetest, most whimsical surprise to end the meal. Thank you for making the occasion feel so special. • A true gem, we will definitely be back!

Très bon processus de réservation. Accueil assez moyen. On se sentait dans les jambes. Pour le service, Odile pourrait bénéficier d'un sourire et sembler plus à l'ecoute et présente pour les clients. On a dû demander un 7e couvert alors que nous avions aviser que nous serions que 7 au lieu de 8. I had my birthday brunch with my girls here, the waitress Shena is wonderful. We received the best service and the warmest welcome from her. The food is great as usual, highly recommend the French toast and the apple purée pancake, the beef shoulder plate is also amazing. The birthday candle really makes my day!
