Service attentionné (on nous reconnaît !), présentation travaillée, goûts et textures variés et plaisants. Même si le menu est relativement court, les décisions sont difficiles grâce à des options appétissantes sans redondance et qui changent d'une visite à l'autre (en gardant les ingrédients essentiels). Cadre avec du cachet. Insonorisation inefficace si existante.

La Fabrique is an absolute gem! We ate New Year's Day brunch at this popular restaurant on our first visit. Given the holiday, we had only been able to get a last-minute reservation for two seats at their bar. Nevertheless, we are so very glad that we started off 2026 with this meal. I cannot say enough positive things about the friendly, professional service we received throughout our visit. The hostess who greeted and seated us was beyond lovely and attentive. The barman who deftly managed the constant coffee and beverage orders somehow also remained warm and welcoming during our meal. The brunch offering is truly “next level!” My wife and I shared a beautiful potato and mushroom croquette served with a small, perfectly dressed radicchio, radish and pickled onion salad. Sadly, it was gone before I thought to take a photo of it, but it was as nicely presented as it was delicious. We then ordered the veal blanquette and the brioche with grilled halloumi, carrot puree and sautéed portobello mushroom and spinach. Each element of these dishes was excellent and they were incredibly tasty. We will definitely be returning to La Fabrique and highly recommend it!

It was our 50th anniversary and we wanted a special dinner, but nothing pretentious. Our dinner at La Fabrique was the absolute high point of our trip to Montréal. The food was deliciously-flavored and gorgeously-presented. I had the cod within the three-course menu and my husband had bison. He said it was perfect. The best part was the attentive and light-hearted service by Jean-Philippe. We were able to enjoy our meal in a leisurely manner in a convivial and cheery setting. Everyone who visits Montréal should go to this fine restaurant. Even the wallpaper is amazing!

La nourriture n'est jamais décevante : la blanquette de veau était tout simplement parfaite, maîtrisée de A à Z, on sent le talent et la rigueur des chefs en cuisine. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil, et une mention toute spéciale à Michel, notre serveur, absolument génial. Professionnel, drôle, attentionné... on a vraiment beaucoup ri avec lui, ce qui a rendu le moment encore plus mémorable. Une adresse où on revient pour la qualité des plats, mais aussi pour l'ambiance et l'humain. Bravo à toute l'équipe !! PS : Michel, je reviendrai juste pour ton service, tu es génial

The breakfast was mind-bllowingly delicious. The pancakes were so fluffy and unique. I could eat the applesauce as a bowl on its own. The french toast was incredible and so tasty too. The service was amazing and the owner was so warm and welcoming. Must must eat here!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at La Fabrique. We were a group of six people and were able to book a table just a few days in advance. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered several dishes and coffees, and everything was very tasty and satisfying.

We just had our office christmas party at La Fabrique in the Annexe. There was 31 of us, family style, private room where we could be as loud as we wanted without disturbing other guests. Service was attentive, and supportive (thank you Sarah for all your hard work in preparation and night of). Food was good, came out fast and in large amounts, all the systems for tracking who was ordering which drinks were set up in advance and the evening went splendid. Would recommend for an event of this size
