A super nice place. The employer serves you very well: if you try the chocolate banana bagel, you will fall in love with it. The rest is very delicious so don't be afraid to order, you will leave very happy and with good taste in your mouth.

What a disappointment...

The bagel is good. Unfortunately, that's all I liked about my experience at the Bagel Factory. Not all of the breakfast bagel ingredients were tasty...no seasoning, no mayo, no cream cheese..arugula wet bagel...phew.

The staff is clearly not trained in catering...Where is the owner? .. no customer service protocols, the cleanliness of the work surfaces leaves something to be desired..

Catering = staff training, clear structure of service steps, payment protocols, etc... I repeated 3 times that my order was for bring-out. ...

Too bad because the place has a lot of potential!

Everything so clean and delicious! I loved the customer service. I don’t speak French and the person made sure I’d understand how the service works. Also, she prepared my salmon bagel with love and fresh!

I ordered a cheesecake smoothie. I am celiac but the lady at the cash register told me that there was no reelement of cakes in it. I asked him to confirm that it doesn't have flour in it. She told me no, it's just the flavor. I told him, be sure there are no biscuits or cakes in it. She confirmed with me that it's just a flavor. As soon as I tasted it I immediately tasted something in it. I went back after spitting it out, for a glass of water to try to rinse out my mouth. I asked her again if she was sure there was no flour, she told me she didn't know but probably in the mixture. That's where a colleague who wasn't there joined the conversation and told me that it was my fault for not having asked and when I explained to him that I had indeed asked in 3 different ways that I was accused of lying and they didn't tell me. , did not serve the glass of water since I was not ready to take the blame for having consumed an allergen. I'm now throwing up at work thank you very much
