I would not recommend ever eating here. Worst poke bowl ever, salmon tasted not fresh, cucumbers were going bad which made the salad extra soggy, overuse of mayo, randomly also found two croutons in my bowl, plus the rice tasted very sweet as it may have been old.

I would not recommend spending money here, you will be disappointed.

This is my favourite Village restaurant. Their food is so fresh and delicious, and their prices are very fair. They pull this off despite having a huge menu. Their sushi is my favourite but their bahn mi and poke bowls are great as well.

It’s mainly a takeout restaurant, even if you sit down you’re getting your food in takeout containers. If you want a more formal experience I’d recommend other places, but if you care about getting the best tasting sushi THIS is the spot.

Where to start ? ... I started working in the Gay village 8 months ago. I always rather support local buissness than have lunch at Starbucks or Rachelle berry's. First time I go this young Asian lady serves me .. very nice And polite. Then she left for vacation as I could understand by the other customers she's well loved and very hard working.
I decide to go back and it's an older woman at the cash I believe the owner? Anyways I ask her if I can have a specific kind of sushi but WITHOUT avocado and it seemed like the end of the world I'm very allergic and it causes me respiratory problems. She started talking in Vietnamese didn't seem so happy . Then I mentioned if it was too much of a hassle that I could choose something that comes without avocado already and she said it was fine but once again I specified I was allergic that it wasn't a picky eater matters. I get my order .. and there's avocado and I tell the lady hey I mentioned it 3 times you said it was fine I even offered to order something that doesn't have any avocado in it you said no it's ok so why would you give me something with avocado inside ? I told her not just to take off the avocado but that I wanted one freshly made without avocado.!!! Because I'm allergic and even if they take it out my food had already been touched by the avocado.. then she said it's ok it's ok I said no it's not it's my health and that it's not fair that I tried to avoid this kind of situation and it still happened. Ok I got new set of sushi's but I was still upset... couple weeks after I decide to go again... I order soleil sushi's and It's the same older Vietnamese lady that takes my order .. everything is fine once I get to my job . I want to start eating and I notice that the salmon is black has a black spot like it looks rotten doesn't even have the color of saumon... anyways I decide to throw it out and not even go back to have to deal with the cashier because what could've she done ? I mean I know that she knows that she gaved me rotten saumon. One last thing I'd like to say... customers know the prices of the different items on the menu that's why it's up on display for us it is very rude to ask a person if they have 19$ because it's that price . I felt very insulted when that was asked to me by one of the employees (the older Vietnamese lady) Actually takes your appetite away .! I think just being a little bit friendly that would be nice it's still real money we're paying and life is already enough expensive to pay for BAD service!!!!!

Clean place, awesome tasting food, insane prices, very cheap!!!! And for the last, the staff is perfect. Friendly and good cooks, putting their heart into your food. I recommend 100% ?

I discovered this restaurant via UberEats and am really happy for AI’s pop up recommendations when I was searching for a Banh Mi sandwich.

Hubby and I tried their Grilled Chicken Banh Mi! Yummmmmo!
10’’ well portioned,
Tasty and well priced.

Their sushi rolls (Hosomakis) made for great sides to our orders.

Their poke bowls are also well portioned!

Everything we tried tasted great and was freshly made!

This restaurant was our Go-To during a really rough time in our lives this Summer.

I ordered 100 pieces and 5 sandwiches.

It's all incredible.

Not only did they have everything done on time, they also went above and beyond.

They even asked me what the sushi was for :)

Very stupid employee who doesn't speak French. When some customer speaks French,
The person coldly asks that we write the order on an invoice and makes you start again when you write the name. Also, during another visit, the employee was yelling at employees in training. Put coriander everywhere
