Beatrice milk in 3.25% in red 1 liter carton does not open properly. I repeatedly called customer service. Usual platitudes. Problem is not solved in over one year. Something is wrong with packaging.. Is it the adhesive or the thickness of he laminated stock? How did no one at Beatrice notice this or fix this?

Longueuil location has RACISTS shippers at location! Had to wait 7 hours to get loaded! All the drivers that came after were loaded before me with no valid justification from the shipper! Worst experience ever! The company should look into managing their operations better and get rid of the racists people!

I have worked there before & tbh it’s the worst place I have ever been. In the distribution side the coworkers talkshit about everything even if you are a good worker they gonna create rumours. 75% of bosses are racists or corrupts so it’s hard to trust someone there!

I bought a mozzarella cheese and inside, encrusted, was a kind of what seemed to me to be a blue thread. I wrote to the company and took their return call. He had to call me again which they never did. I lost money because of course I threw away the block of cheese and wasted time waiting for their call. Their food standards should be reviewed because they are not established or respected in a safe manner for the health of their customers. Also reinforcement among their employees will be required.

Ammonia alarm siren just went off at 8 am on Dec 11, 2023 and NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY. Very stressful. Why is this building in a residential area if it is such a threat to safety?

My sister and I purchased 5 packages of Cracker Barrel slice cheese each on sale at Walmart in March 2023. The best before date on all ten packages was May 23rd - July 28th. Five each was the maximum at Walmart. The cheese turned green a week later. I emailed the company with pictures of the cheese in the packages. I received an email on March 29th with case number 568534 and a telephone number. I called today April 5th. The representative Anaka couldn’t do anything. I never had a problem when the cheese was owned by Kraft. I will never buy Cracker Barrel cheese or any other product from Lactalis Canada.

Dishonest company. Will not stand behind mislabeled product -- Amy in Consumer Relations said "it was my fault." It was my fault that cheese labeled as Swiss Cheese in 18 point font was not swiss cheese at all -- it was American processed cheese. That is unethical. If you are going to lie on the label, you need to stand behind the product with a refund. In the end, I got zero refund. I will NEVER EVER buy BLACK DIAMOND labeled cheese again. Because it is not natural cheese -- it is processed!
