Problem with service and politeness towards children.My child thanked the waitresses twice and greeted them twice with no response obtained... very borderline and lacking in sympathy.It's a shame for a beautiful place.Kid-friendliness: I do not recommend going there with a child, lack of sympathy and education from the staff.

Hello!Located very close to the magnificent Cinéma Beaubien, l’Affaire is chocolate! Will satisfy movie buffs like me. After (or before) a session, nothing better than debriefing the film seen while eating the best crepe in town or delicious hot chocolate! The service is very pleasant. PS: in summer, the hurricane is even more incredible.Little tips: little European Sao Tomé macadamia milk

Very nice experience, warm place with a family atmosphere. The hot chocolate bar is impressive and of high quality. I had a classic Tanzania hot chocolate and my friend had a European style Sao Tome hot chocolate (very thick). I had already come to taste grilled cheese confit with onions and gruyere and pancakes. The employees on site are always friendly. All in a pleasant neighborhood. So it’s a big favorite… I highly recommend

Excellent but inaccessible... there is little indoor space and some people have a little coffee and stay there for 2 hours. Too bad... I went 4 times following the television report but like many others finished!

French girl that’s working there @ 6:30pm on Sunday February 18, the sick one. Didn’t wash her hands after sneezing to her hands. Didn’t acknowledge me and my little brother AT ALL. We waited around 20 minutes, asked her if we are able to order soon and this woman gave us such bad attitude with a bad tone to me and my little brother almost lecturing us about how there’s a lot of people in the store (there was 2 tables) but when it was a white lady who was only there 1 minute before us, she was in and out of the shop. Only thing that differentiated us from the other clients is we weren’t white lol. What a horrible disappointment after me and my little brother was so excited to try their hot chocolates.
