SO AMAZING/SUPERIOR Gluten free pastries! I wish this bakery was in Victoria B.C.!!! (Maybe not because I would gain so much weight) This Was my favourite GF stop in Montreal. I grabbed two desserts recently. They still have a good mille-feuille and it's still vegan; there are two flavors: original (vanilla) and rasberry (but wasn't available that day)
I also tried their pistachio eclair but cream on the inside was off. It had an unpleasant chemically taste to it.
The bakery doesn't have a lot of vegan items but I believe you can preorder some of their pies and tarts and ask for a vegan version on...

Best ever glutenfree Croissant. I had breakfast with my son and daughter and we bought a croissant, a tornado, a chocolate mousse and a croissant with apple. All of them delicious. Congratulation!
