This place is truly beautiful, calm and welcoming. The service is exceptional, thank you for the warmth of the welcome and the quality of the service. Their coffees and cakes are simply delicious. I highly recommend the place!
I think there has been a change of ownership recently and it really shows. it doesn't have the same calm and chill vibe as the previous owner and the cafes aren't as good (but that could just be because they are still learning) I wish the new owners the best but I don't know if I'll come anymore just because it's so different than before
One time went here during Covid and my friend got a croissant and said ‘want a bite?’ And instead of taking the croissant from her I just bit the croissant like while it was still in her hand anyways fast forward 3 years and we still go to Laurel all the time and have a chuckle about that crazy day it was crazy! Good chai and you’ll almost always run into someone you kind of know but not enough to say hi so you’ll end up just staring kind of at each other the whole time.
