We went for Mtl à Table and it was our first time there. The mac and cheese, the corn fritters and the burnt ends were good, but the brisket had a weird smell and it tasted off even though the texture seemed perfect. I took one bite and I couldn’t finish it. We took the fried oreos to go and they were also really good, so that’s a shame that the brisket was disappointing.

MTLaTable meal was too good for the money. The BBQ meats meal was exceptional. Maple burnt ends and brisket was about as good as it gets anywhere. The Mac and Cheese v good. The pulled pork burger good.
The house bourbon BBQ sauce - sweet and spicy - perfect - bring me a shot glass.
Chips were the typical dirty affair we see everywhere in Canada.

J’ai commandé à boire auprès de la serveuse qui d’ailleurs était très sympathique, lorsque je suis venu pour payer, elle m’a indiqué qu’il ne prenait pas l’argent comptant, je suis assise dehors sur la terrasse, et je ne vois aucune affiche à ce sujet si cet établissement décide de ne pas prendre d’argent, il n’y a aucun problème, mais plusieurs affiches devrait être installé partout

My mother and I were excited to go eat at this restaurant (especially my mother, because she really likes burgers). Unfortunately, the dishes were more than mediocre; no smash burger, several beers were missing, little choice of dishes in general, in short, not ideal. My mother had the brisket burger and I had the mac and cheese… hayayaye caramba when I tell you it wasn’t edible. We almost vomited at the first bite, then went for a second, just to check if this flavor was just a vile mirage... unfortunately no... the foul taste intensified, a discount was in order... we finished the evening at the dairy queen wondering if we wouldn't have been better off eating a hot doy for 3.50! Not recommended, sorry. :/
Small disappointment regarding the poutine at $18.00. When we know that next door they serve the same for $10. It’s not even served with meat. but only with a few grains of cheese. The service and atmosphere, however, are impeccable. A recommended place to drink with friends.
