Last night I went with my friend, and we were given the French menu. The waitress didn’t bother to bring the English menu or explain the ingredients in the drinks. We ended up ordering drinks anyway, and my friend started coughing because there was pepper in her drink, which she didn’t know about.
I ordered the baked potato, which was neither fresh nor crispy like it used to be. Both the food and drink menus have changed. I even asked for my potato to be replaced, but when the waitress brought the new one, it wasn’t any better. Based on her attitude, I didn’t feel comfortable mentioning it again.
We ended up leaving and going to Grinder, where we sat and ordered drinks and food instead. I’m sure something has changed here—the quality has gone downhill compared to the past. I won’t be going back again.

We live just around the corner and have been frequent visitors of this spot for a long time. Unfortunately, the customer service has left us disappointed today when we stopped by for a quick drink.
We asked to sit on the outdoor terrace at a table for four, and the waitress declined because we were only two people. Fair enough, though a bit rigid and as much as we frequent the spot, I’ve seen two people at larger tables before. We then asked about a table by the open window, but were told it was reserved. We explained we’d only be staying briefly and would gladly move if needed — but were still turned away from both spots.
What left a bad taste was passing by again no more than 10 minutes later to see two people seated at the very same table we had asked for. It's frustrating to be treated like an inconvenience, especially as loyal customers who genuinely enjoy the space. It’s a great location with potential, but the service and attitude need work.
There’s a lot of great spots to grab a drink in the area so I hope they reconsider how they handle such situations and avoid turning away loyal customers.

Very nice place to have an apéro and enjoy Montreal’s outdoor scene in Griffintown. Sunday jazz evenings are great.

Patatas bravas served with a mystery sweet sauce, not spicy. Chorizo was chewy, low quality. Unfortunate. The atmosphere is incredible, wonderful decor and thoughtful aesthetics. Service was overall nice. Would go again maybe for cocktails to enjoy the surroundings.

Nice atmosphere but oor quality of dishes.
In a tapas restaurant, would expect a little variety of olives but it was just kalamata.
Patatas bravas was not at all delicious, and the chorizo was super overcooked like a rubber.
The only good dish was the calamari and maybe the broccoli.
Wine and margarita also not impressive.
Would not go here again.
Highly recommend sitting at the bar with Renee! She makes fantastic drinks based on what you like! Don’t be afraid to order off the menu! Good ambiance and tapas!
Went for drinks and dessert. Excellent and professional service, and the atmosphere is relaxed, so you can easily have a conversation. Definitely will be back to try their tapas!
We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We had multiple rounds of food, first ceviche, which was delicious, with perfectly salted chips. Next we had saganaki and beef tartar, which was so good we ordered a second round. They had a good Portuguese red wine for happy hour and also tried the Ernest Rita and the Bees Knees, which were both refreshing.
Our work had a holiday party at Bar Le Bureau, and I couldn't be more impressed! They were so accommodating the entire evening, serving up delicious cocktails and some really cool tapas fare that everyone loved. The decor inside is absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat—highly recommend it for any event or a night out!
