Customer for several years for my coffee beans at home. I had the misfortune of being served a cappuccino with curds today. Verification done by emptying the coffee on the ground and finding clots following the strange taste. Returned to request a refund with empty glass and clots remaining in the bottom of the glass filled with good intentions. I would have appreciated a simple apology from the server and a refund as that can happen. Despite the refund, I was instead received with a request to return the full coffee and several questions questioning my version as if the experience was not harsh enough as it was. Too bad after all these years as a customer.

Best cappuccino I've had in Montreal and at a reasonable price. The foam was perfectly dense and respected the true proportions then the soy milk cappuccino with tax was $4.60. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet and the place is warm. It's the kind of place where you can share a coffee and a conversation as well as study/work or sit down alone and chat with the barista. I'm rarely impressed by a coffee... hats off!

I have always had excellent service when maintaining our coffee machine. I had repairs to do and was never advised to do more than necessary. The coffee is excellent and the price very reasonable.

I ate the best spicy tuna sandwich, it was so good I couldn't take a photo ?. I recommend and the gentleman who does the checkout service is really nice. Really good to see that there are still good little neighborhood cafes that are really different from the big chains.

Si vous voulez être bien accueillis et ne pas sentir que vous dérangez le personnel par votre simple présence, n’allez pas dans ce café! Il semble que seuls certains types de clientèle soient appréciés et même acceptés. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, particulièrement aux gens qui cherchent un endroit chaleureux où venir travailler!
