If you think you have escaped the tipping iPad flip from the United States, I have some bad news for you, It’s in Canada as well. Let’s get something straight right now. If I haven’t sat down at a table and a employee has NOT come to our table to greet us, take our order, bring us food and provide a service I am NOT tipping you for just taking my order behind a counter and than proceeding to tell me that I have to get up from my table to come back inside to grab the coffees I ordered. These employees who change their attitudes towards customers because justifiably did not tip you is WRONG. Unreal. Restaurants start paying your employees properly! I’m so tired of this. Also the chicken sandwich we ordered had 2 tiny little pieces of chicken it. Wish I had taken a picture to show you. Ate and left as fast as possible.

Delicious Darjeeling tea and home made chai lattes! The owners are so nice; and the sandwiches are divine. It’s cosy and always has room to take a break after walking through the market.

Never had the chance to go there until now and I didn't miss anything... The sign says “Café” but they don't have decaf?! The food is pretty ordinary, it helps if you're in a bad situation, that's all. A world separates the photos of the dishes we see on the internet and what is on our plate, it has nothing to do with each other. However, the staff remains courteous.

Over the past few months the Café has deteriorated.We miss the ladies who worked there before.A good barista would be welcome!My last visit 3 days ago was disappointing...you guessed it.The presentation of my "grilled cheese"...Ugh!

One of the most reasonably priced restaurants I've seen in Montreal. It was nice to see vegetarian options, but I don't think the sandwich was particularly outstanding. The ham sandwich was very very good though. The service was quick, the staff was very nice. A great stop in the Jean Talon Market.

Great little spot at the end of the Jean talon market with some amazing options!Wanted a quick little pick me up and as well something to cool me off during the summer. Opted for an affogato and it definitely hit the spot!The espresso was nice and strong but balanced off well with the ice cream. Love the addition of the little tri chocolate pearls giving that little extra crunchService was awesome! Could tell they were nearing the end of the day, but still happily helped!
