Nous étions 4 personnes, jarret d'agneau, les moules, saumon et filet mignon, tout était très délicieux et la crème d'asperges et escargots aussi, très délicieux

We had a wonderful experience, the only reason the food is not getting 5 stars is due to the cheesecake being a tad dry. We were 4 and were able to try the lamb shank and a few of their pastas, all of it wwere delicious! The cocktails as well as the mocktails are absolutely worth it and refreshing. The ambiance is calm and lovely alllowing for the guest to have a classic dinnner.

We had an excellent experience for dinner. The onion soup is rich and delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was so pleasant and personable. Our entire dinner experience was excellent. We will definitely eat here again when we visit Montreal.

Casual atmosphere with a fairly diverse and creative menu. Server was knowledgeable and offered some good menu suggestions. Higher than typical quality food and service compared to most hotel restaurants. The convenience makes this a good choice if you are looking for an above average dining experience without having to leave the hotel.

Had a very nice Xmas evening with my family there. Everything we ordered was good from the drinks (peach gimlet and cool dragon) to the appetizers (salmon tartare, french onion soups, soup of the day, escargots, and the Milton salad) to the main dishes (roasted salmon, Pan-seared giant tiger prawns, NY striploin steaks, and Sailor-Style PEI mussels). The service was fast and friendly. They validate your parking which is a plus and makes it much more convenient to just park in the underground parking.

Nos recibieron muy bien, incluso el mesero nos proporcionó un lugar muy lindo, estuvo dispuesto a tomar nuestras fotos navideñas y darnos unos minutos previo a la comida para airear nuestro vino. La comida estuvo excelente ya que elegimos el menú de las fiestas que definitivamente superó nuestras expectativas.

J'ai fait la réservation à la Brasserie Milton pour un déjeuner de travail et je me suis attendu à une belle ambiance pour une rencontre de travail. La nourriture a été correcte, mais j'étais surpris de voir que le restaurant Brasserie Milton était encore fermé. Nous avons déjeuné dans la salle du petit déjeuner de l'Hôtel Delta. L'ambiance n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur de ça ce que j'ai attendu de ce restaurant où je pensais aller. C'était un peu gênant et il me semble indiqué de clarifier que le restaurant ne sert pas un petit déjeuner en semaine.

Notre serveur étais très professionnel. Presque personne dans le restaurant donc le service était extrêmement rapide. Je recommande (Lundi vers 12h30)

Each time we visit Montreal, this restaurant and hotel are a must! The food is always incredible—thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a memorable meal. The service is truly exceptional, with staff who go above and beyond to make each visit special. Highly recommended!

Quiet place, clean, respecful crowd, excellent service and recommandation. Food well presented and very tasteful. Suggest you try the escargot entree, seafood linguine, tiger shrimp in safran sauce on a bed of black rice. Definetely worthed and will return.

It seems like only one waiter was working. Took a while for everything to come to the table. Had to wait for condiments which came out after we finished the meal. No check in during the meal. Empty dishes were not cleared up during the meal. Mix up of the bill. Food was good - soup portion could have been a bit larger.

The best part of the Brasserie is the service - very professional and high end. It's definitely a go-to place for business meetings.

Staff were pleasant. Food was ok. Too much pepper on the veal special no one was able to eat that dish. Place seemed cleaned however mice were seen on the floor of the dinning room. Would not return.

We had a family brunch today to celebrate two wedding anniversaries (65 & 39) and were very happy with the total experience. Lots of food choices, friendly service, excellent freshly made omelets. Thanks to David and Siena.

Nice setting and super friendly service. Food was just as expected from a hotel restaurant, not outstanding but also not disappointing. Perfect for a rainy night when you don't feel like venturing out for dinner.
