truly have no words to express how pleasantly surprised I was to find this restaurant here. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, and our server was extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely engaging, we were completely won over just by the quality of the service. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but we went there for dinner on Dec 29, 2025. His presence was a Christmas gift for us!

What a meal!! We had the Arctic Char from Opercule, truly outstanding. I am still thinking about it 2 nights later. Delicious sweet potato soup to start and the Milton salad was epic as well. Our server, Stephane, was an absolute joy.
We visited twice for dinner while staying at the hotel. Some nights it was easier than going back out into the cold.
The staff were amazing. Despite being overwhelmed by the large number of customers each night, they maintained a positive attitude, were friendly hosts, and did their best. The food was also very nice and reasonably priced.
