Perfect spot to stop for a snack or light lunch while biking the north end of the island. There is seating on a terrace but we always take our food over to one of the picnic tables under a tree.
Good coffee and an interesting selection of local micro-brasserie beers. Soup and sandwich or salad and sandwich options are good value and just the right size for lunch mid-ride.
Very good quality food at a low price. The location is heavenly with the stream running along the terrace. Gorgeous!

A nice spot to enjoy your coffee
The problem with the café itself is that the food is displayed in an inappropriate manner for health and safety. It is exposed outside the counter. There is no cleanliness in the place. It is better to take the food with you.

I loved this place surrounded by nature and very close to Montreal which gives us a pleasant calm and relaxation while having a delicious coffee and excellent healthy food. Recommended for Velo and nature lovers ?

(Translated by Google) On the internet, it is written that it opens at 8 am...please correct that. It is only at the small gate of the fence that the actual opening time is written. Shocking!! No kidding, I don't like blaster but corrected the opening time because I waited a good hour for my first coffee and...you know!(Original)Sur internet, il est écrit que ça ouvre à 8h am...s'il-vous-plaît, corrigé ça.

Summer hours are 10am to 5pm. , Fri through Sun. Limited menu (soup, sandwiches, croissants). I stopped for lunch while bicycling on the trail that passes right by it. There is a vegetarian option for a sandwich. Selection of cold pops. Bike rack next to the building. Nice terrace next to the rapids, but limited seating. Plenty of picnic tables shaded by trees. I will stop here again if I happen to be in the area on my bicycle at lunch time. I would not make a special trip to eat here.
