From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their hospitality was outstanding right from the start — attentive, thoughtful, and effortlessly smooth. They made us feel comfortable immediately, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Both Gaizka and Guillaume brought such great energy to the experience. Their knowledge of the menu, their recommendations, their timing — everything was perfectly executed. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. The service felt natural, not forced, and incredibly sincere.
And the food… absolutely exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Combined with the level of service we received, it made the entire experience feel elevated and memorable.
Management should know that Gaizka and Guillaume are true assets to your team. They represent Le Filet with class, passion, and professionalism. Service like this is what turns a great restaurant into a truly special one.

We came here on a whim for NYE. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Restaurant was able to provide a fully vegan meal without advanced notice. Everyone enjoyed. Highly recommend!

My fussy eating spouse loved the food amd it was very romantic for our anniversary. The next table of 4 was a tad loud but was Denis Villeneuve, his spouse, sister and an actrice from Dune so it was ok. lol
