Had dinner there on my trip to Montreal. It was a blind tasting set. The whole experience was top notch with the ambience, friendly staff, service and food. One of their appetizers was scallops with green apple oil and horseradish foam is probably the best scallops I've ever had. Their dessert Ile flottante was heaven in my mouth. Must go to this restaurant if ever visiting Montreal
Le service de Nicolas a vraiment été merveilleux! Il m'a appelé dans l'après-midi pour vérifier mes besoins. Comme nous avions un spectacle après le repas, nous n'avions qu'environ 1h30 sur place. Il a tout préparé à l'avance et a hâté le service une fois sur place. Mais nous n'avons à aucun moment eu l'impression d'être "rushés". De plus c'était l'anniversaire à ma compagne. The food and the service is outstanding. We had the 6 course tasting menu with the wine pairing and would without hesitation recommend the restaurant. Certainly the very best restaurant we have eaten in since we arrived in Canada 16 days ago. Our regret is that we live 3000 miles away.
