With a name like "fouVRAC" I was expecting a lot more of a bulk store, but it was only coffee/tea and soaps, which were still good. The rest of the store was full of plastic packaging. But if you're looking for lovely little gifts (cute & specialty chocolates, tea pots, homeware, seasonal items, etc.) and special non-perishables (pesto, oil, etc.), this is an excellent place for that. It's a cute shop, depending on what you're looking for.

Truly a very beautiful store with unique and refined products. On the other hand, the customer experience is not always there. This is my second time there and the lady who appears to be the owner was quite rude, passing comments when I took the time to look at the products. However, we were far from closing time.

I would simply have liked to have had the right to a “helping” person and I had the right to a “draining” person! Not quite the same energy. Plus, their products are really expensive. As a result, I didn't buy anything and I won't go back there again.
