One of my favorite places to eat in Montreal. Prices are amazing for what you get and the “fries” are done like none other. Highly recommended

Great experience at this restaurant! Grilled sardines are really good. I also ordered lamb, very tender. The servers are friendly, very good service. The prices are not necessarily cheap but the products are very good.

We ordered a late night snack to go. The salad was good but my entree of fresh sardines was not. The fish was not gutted and they cooked it whole. Disturbing. I dont know if the chef was tired. It was around 9pm on a weekday. They’ve certainly lost points.

It was my second time. The first one I loved and I recommended this restaurant to many people. However, yesterday the food was good. But terrible service. The restaurant was not full and even so, they took a long time before giving us the menu. In my salad there was a large piece of plastic. I showed the waiter in a discreet manner because I don't like to cause problems. He didn't even apologize. For him, I had the impression that it was something normal. For my main course, he offered me spicy sauce which arrived at the end of my meal. Our bill was over $100 for two people, upon leaving no thanks, no smile, just the same waiter, phone hand raised a condescending eyebrow when he saw me walk by. I regret my experience.

The chicken with fried potatoes and salad was delicious! As was the octopus. The grill on the meat was perfect. And they knew I was from the US, so asked if I wanted ketchup or hot sauce with my chicken ? How thoughtful, but I politely declined. Recommended!
