Olivia's Authentic Chicken NDG

I ordered food last nite, the flavour was great. I will tell you why I will always go back, the gentlemen at the cash processed my payment by card and cancelled that notorious tip, that everyone keeps putting in the machine when you do take out or even some purchase where a tips pops up. I tipped anyways in cash. This should be a lesson to all other establishments.

I bought the Jumbo Wrap Combo. It was generally really good. Personally, the chicken was just too salty and the fries were mid. The waiting time was ridiculously long. I was told my food is ready then got it 10 minutes after even though I waited 10-15 minutes before because no one was coming to the counter. I had really high expectations for this restaurant. I’m not sure I’ll go again.

Ordered via uber eats because it used to be good. Chicken soggy and under cooked, fries also soggy. Seemed like everything was cooked hours ago and just sitting around. Very disappointing as this place used to be quite decent.

Ordered and paid through their website. Later, we received a message saying that the order was on its way, followed by a message saying that the order had been cancelled and to call the store. Tried to call the NDG store several times with no one picking up. Terrible customer service.

On average can take 20-45 minutes for just a trio. I'm pretty patient, and I can guess when it's busy. But even when not busy, more often than not I'm waiting forever more than before the restaurant was shared with the new Pokebowl. Some of the newer workers just ignore you for a while, but allow the 3 UberEat guys to get infront of you still waiting to order, and they leave and you're still waiting. Used to love this place. Good food but...

Do not order online with Olivia's chicken as per Gmap link. They accept payment but do not process order with this location. Location is now an independent franchise, you must re-order-re-pay on-site- and wait another 30 min as if you were walkin order. They DE-affiliated with the main business but the link still appears here. Now I paid twice.
They are nice but don't seem to make much effort to have link removed from Gmap.

This restaurant is amazing and their wings are really good honestly, some of the best I’ve had. But every time we eat here, we end up with diarrhea. I still recommend it though… especially if you’re constipated. It works every time

Overall it's a very good chicken 😋

Simply not tasty. Can't quite put my finger on it but it's just so bland and the fried breading around chicken isn't good. Fries were cold.

Something not good happened to this once delicious place. Listen to the most recent bad reviews, low quality disgusting 4-piece bone chicken, poor service. Wait time longer than expected, despite apologies it wasn’t worth the wait. Olivia’s used to be so good, but now it’s leaving me sadly dissatisfied. No long ordering from here.

Terrible chicken, this spot used to be good but now it's terrible. The chicken itself is so bad and the fried chicken batter is disgusting. There must have been a change in management because the chicken here is nothing like it used to be.

Olivia's not only lives up to the hype, but surpasses it. Super tasty chicken and wonderful service. The owner really cares about the food and customer service. Chicken strips were crispy, flavorful, and juicy. The sauces are amazing, and the fries are that battered kind which are delicious. Didn't have to wait long for our order, either. Now our go-to fried chicken place, so lucky to have this in our neighbourhood!

Wow the owners are flexible, opening late at night. Offers great service, owners are down to earth when welcoming customers. Food is delicious, the chicken is delicious, juicy and savory to the mouth. Worth going and trying again!!
