They didn’t ask me what. I wanted in the sandwich, I would have requested some lettuce

It’s a two in one, the Olivia chicken and a poke monster. I’ve order from Olivia chicken and the chicken had a weird chewy texture and an an after taste of chemical smell. They also don’t have bathrooms. Staff were good but the restaurant itself and the food was really really bad. Unfortunately I would not come back there.

Place very small it's takeout only. Cashier was new didn't know menu options cook came out and said only breast strips were available.

It's a poke monster

Food and service was good, it took about 15-20 mins for our burger and 2 piece chicken with fries combo to arrive. the restaurant was freezing cold, specially because they don't have double doors in winter. Evey time someone opened the door, a -13 degree wind blow in side the restaurant. Also, No washrooms for customers.

Rude employees (kids), high prices, no parking. This is the LARGEST poutine that they have. It’s about 15.50$ (w/ tax). It’s not even filled to the top. Soggy fries and little sauce. The depth is about 2 inches. The Diet Pepsi is not included in the price… I’m just using it for reference. Pepsi’s are 2.50 + tax.

By far the worst service ive ever had. Ordered food from their website through doordash, i was charged on my credit card but my order got cancelled for now particular reason. Tried contacting the restaurant but all numbers available were out of service. Do not order from them. You wont get your food and you’ll lose money.

Olivia's was a distinct flavour with well cooked chicken and plenty of spices sides and sauces. Last night's meal was the same as KFC. The thrill of going there is gone.

Extremely burned chicken, the edges of the pieces were harden as if it was fried and refried again and again. The skin was burnt and too hard to eat. Very disappointing and not like the pictures at all!

I ordered food last nite, the flavour was great. I will tell you why I will always go back, the gentlemen at the cash processed my payment by card and cancelled that notorious tip, that everyone keeps putting in the machine when you do take out or even some purchase where a tips pops up. I tipped anyways in cash. This should be a lesson to all other establishments.

I bought the Jumbo Wrap Combo. It was generally really good. Personally, the chicken was just too salty and the fries were mid. The waiting time was ridiculously long. I was told my food is ready then got it 10 minutes after even though I waited 10-15 minutes before because no one was coming to the counter. I had really high expectations for this restaurant. I’m not sure I’ll go again.

Ordered via uber eats because it used to be good. Chicken soggy and under cooked, fries also soggy. Seemed like everything was cooked hours ago and just sitting around. Very disappointing as this place used to be quite decent.
