We were just strolling downtown Montréal last week doing tourists things when we stumbled on this place. I am so glad we did! We stayed in a hotel nearby, and decided to walk to La Baie that day. While we were heading back to our hotel, we just needed to grab a quick, but healthy lunch. Le Particulier was just the perfect place for that. It's a small place with salad, wraps, etc. the owner was very nice and so funny. He was friendly and was interested in getting to know us, and giving us suggestions on what to do in town. He was the only person working there. I ordered a veggie wrap. The wrap was filled with my choice of veggies, then toasted for that warm, crisp finish. I could chose 5 veggies for my wrap, but he was so nice and told me to choose as many as I wanted. I chose cucumbers, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, corn, and chick peas. I didn't choose a sauce, and everything was still good! My husband had the chicken avocado wrap, and loved it. I will definitely stop by again whenever I'm in town.

I've have been to Tellas two times now and I absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly, the place is cute and super clean. They also have awesome music playing. I have had the soft ice cream with the different dips... DELICIOUS! Tonight we were greeted by one of the owners, Luisa, she was a very pleasant woman. I so love this place and will definitely keep going back!
Pour ma première visite sur les lieux...... j'ai été très déçue ! La qualité est artificielle et le goí»t bien ordinaire. Et l'employée semblait pas trop de bonne humeur, car elle était super bruyante avec le déplacement des tables et des tabourets pour mettre í l'extérieur.. Ensuite elle était très bruyante avec la vaisselle ..... C'est pas de tout repos... C'est pas la meilleur place pour une gâterie ou une douceur....Et c'est très dispendieux...

Kinda pricey but super nice cashier. They have fresh baked cookies and a salad area. Everything is made fresh and looks delicious. I really enjoyed my wrap there. It came with chicken, avocado, mozzarella cheese, and sun dried tomatoes She also gave me a free cookie because it was my first time! The only reason it's not a five stars is because of the price.
