Excellent neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant. You absolutely have to have the Vietnamese pancake (Banh xeo), it was sublime. Very affordable restaurant for the quality. Very good service!

I loved the Vietnamese pancakes. The vegetarian bun cha was slightly disappointing. I'll try the pho next time.

it's such a cute spot but the food was a little disappointing. really loved the daikon salad, but felt like the pho broth was too salty and the banh xeo was a bit overcooked.. not bad, but probably would not come back

We came in on a rainy Saturday, the place was completely empty. It was to our surprise since it was rated very well.
As someone with a Vietnamese background I can tell you there is nothing authentic about the pho, the broth lacked dept and flavour. It was bitter, had no fat and tasted bland, and the portion was tiny. The banh xeo was okay, overcooked in my option, leaving a huge crust with little filling and mostly bean sprouts.
The waitress never asked us once if we enjoyed the food, simply took everything away as we finished eating.
If you want an authentic experience I would highly recommend Bay Ca Phe or even la belle tonki. This place isn’t it.

Very good and great value for money! The service was a little slow, but very friendly. The dishes are typically Vietnamese which makes the experience pleasant. The limited menu is also appreciated - too bad it's only available online. Thanks for the evening
Vegetarian options: 2 out of 4 dishes are vegetarian and the 2 starters are also
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 steps in the entrance and one step for the bathroom. Adequate space between tables. Bathroom width ok, but does not seem wide enough to allow a wheelchair to pivot.

The menu is very short to ensure the quality of each meal. Beautiful local address where I will definitely return!

The food was amazing, strong recommendation for the crepe, papaya salad and Pho. Everything was really great and affordable. The only slight disappointment was the donuts which were tasteless.

By far the best Bánh xèo we’ve had outside of Vietnam, and quite possibly better than any we had there. Restaurant was spotless, service quick and friendly, and the food fantastic. The chả lá lốt was superb, as was the pho. Highly recommended!
Almost forgot—one of our party has Celiac and was easily accommodated—they made all our dishes gluten free so we could share.
Dietary restrictions: Super easy for gluten free dining.

The lemongrass pork (chá lá lót) and the Vietnamese pancake (bánh xèo) are a pure delight!
The flavor is fully present, without artifice. The dishes are also beautiful to see and to see prepared, each time freshly cooked. A little piece of great finesse!

I don't understand the 4.8 ratings for this restaurant. One of the worst pho I've tasted in Montreal... The broth reminded me of bovril.
I have tested the entire menu several times... the chef who is also the owner, and the service, are impeccable. It's a gem that's frankly too well hidden, absolutely worth discovering!
