Rude and unprofessional baristas. They force you to pay to work on your laptop after paying 10$ on pastries and coffee, which weren’t even worth it. To my surprise I asked if this was a permanent thing, the barista almost rolled her eyes at me and I responded yes in a dry fashion. Later when I asked for a glass of water, the same barista didn’t even bother answering, instead, she unashamedly just pointed the water fountain to me while making a rude face.

There’s a reason half of the reviews have rated this place 1/5 - You can have the nicest coffee shop but if your customer service is bad, it’s worth nothing. Clearly the management needs to train their employees to understand good manners and professionalism. First and last time - There are way better coffee shops out there, because everyone deserves to be treated better than this.

Came on a busy day thinking it would’ve been a quick takeout. Had to wait about 1 hour for my chicken sandwich. I don’t know if they lost my ticket but it looks like the kitchen was really busy and in the process. I think I was just an exception but it did upset me. The staff was over all nice. They definitely were understaffed or the way they work with takeouts needs to be revised.

Amazing place to just relax and experiance. Great quality coffee and food and the interior design is the main attraction in my opinion and keeps you coming back for a good sit down.

Nous avons adoré , le decor, l'ambiance, le côté décontracté de l'endroit, nous avons eu un excellent service la seule déception fut la nourriture portion de l'assiette ziti viande fumée tres petite et sans goût pour le prix ca ne vaut pas le coût Je recommande l'endreoit pour prendre un café ou l'apero. Les hots dog étaient tres bons par contre.

Nourriture très bonne mais service qui laisse à désiré ++. Repas en soirée. Avons dû demander à 3 reprises pour comprendre comment cela fonctionnait pour les repas. Finalement, la commande doit se faire au comptoir conne dans un café. Pas vraiment problématique mais dites nous le quand on demande le fonctionnement.

Malheureusement manque flagrant de gens en cuisine tout les clients s'en sont plaint, menu bcps trop limité, le Santa club a été une déception, pourtant le modèle a la taverne de Noël nous avais charmer.

All the food is good and delicious😋, the latte is amazing. I liked the breakfast and enjoyed it🥰. The place is comfortable, I highly recommend it.

This is very much a local's place. It is more of a coffee shop/wine bar than a bistro. We made a reservation via open table but it really isn't necessary, you can order at the counter and just pick a table. That said, the food was quite good and the wine list was short but had some nice bottles. We had the arugula salad and a flatbread. Both were well prepared and tasty. We would go back but probably dress a little more casually than we did-no need for a jacket for the men.

Cozy café with great coffee and super friendly staff. Perfect spot to relax or meet up with friends. Definitely coming back i really recommend the pistachio cookie !!

It was a cozy and well decorated Cafe. I loved the vibe and the light music. Semidark and comfortable to sit for hours.

No hello when you arrive, no service and they want their tip ;) Brunch plates too small for the price. We live just near but we won’t come back.

They don’t allow iPads for reading downstairs anymore - I was told after they took my order. Not a good place to have a coffee and relax & read on a weekend - recommend going elsewhere

I visit this Cafe regularly and always amazed how fresh their pastries are; however, they have been constantly sizing down their drinks in the past 2 years
