The pho was very soso… too sweet… and quite bitter… none of the two of us could finish the pho.. not worth the price at all. And the rolls are CRAZY OILY.. Good music and relaxing ambiance tho. The beer is tasty.

My family and I went for dinner, we ordered pho and all three of our bowls were lukewarm, barely above room temperature. We spoke with our waitress and she took them back to be reheated, when she brought them out 5 minutes later, they were still completely lukewarm. I went to talk to her and she disregarded our experience saying they had never gotten this comment before as if it was our fault.
I respectfully explained our experiences but she continued to deny it could be lukewarm.
She instead asked if we wanted free ice cream which I found a bit disrespectful after my complaints not being well received.
This was the last dinner with my father visiting from Japan, it was very embarrassing.
All I wanted was to share this experience and give my feedback for the future customers.

In restaurant service and food is amazing, delivery however is always terrible and it’s the restaurant that’s at fault. Portions are awful, the soups are almost always extremely lacking. If the quality of the delivered food was better they’d definitely be deserving of 5 stars. Disappointing.
