Eggs Benedict for $28 served cold, very little sauce and without any accompaniments apart from the potatoes (cold too) We are far from the misleading photos presented in the hotel elevator.

Overall, service was terrible and the cheese board had 4 different cheeses; 2 little pieces of cheese each with some grapes and pickles. That was $19.50. Then we got a pizza; pepperoni to be exact, and not only does the pizza have no taste, it’s undercooked and insanely small for the, again, insane price tag of $19.50. After I paid and was leaving, the waitress gave me a dirty look from behind the bar which I have no idea why since I wasn’t mean or mad in anyway. All in all, would definitely not recommend, saw the menu and the atmosphere which drawed me in but after sitting down and ordering I totally regretted it. Not worth your time and money, go elsewhere!

Friendly welcome, correct waiter, warm almost cold plate, the pasta was ugly and the sauce lacked taste, no offer of cheese, pepper or peppers.I will surely not return

Crossbar is the restaurant located inside the Centerville Holiday Inn in Montreal. I visited there for breakfast and was not disappointed. The coffee was freshly brewed and the croissants were baked on the premises, which were delicious. I had a combination of eggs and all the different meats including ham , bacon, and sausage. It did not disappoint. The service was efficient and the waitresses were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is is located on the first floor directly behind the check in desk. The decor is modern and the seating is nicely spaced out and comfortable.

This place has descent food but an odd sense of customer service. Trying to get dinner for a family with small children, restaurant staff told us they have tables that they only give to parties with everyone over 18 years old. So they let us wait in the hotel lobby for 20min with hungry kids seeing empty tables in the "wrong" part of the restaurant, which they could not comprehend. Neither could I. But they pushed it through.

We had breakfast. Toast, home fries and eggs. Expensive and not good. Quality was bad. Save your money and go elsewhere. Have cereal in your room, it will be better.

I ordered to bring to my hotel room. I am so surprised that this was the meal I received. I ordered the chicken with mushroom. Everything looks like it came out of a can. The mashed potatoes -colour and texture- definitely came from a box. I paid $40 for this. I was too tired to go get a refund but I couldn’t believe an establishment was okay preparing this as a meal.

Such a nice, clean and well maintained place. By being there you will understand that the staff have put in a lot of work to make the place look like this.

The salad we saw on the menu had pork, the one that served us didn't, we told them, but they wouldn't discount us.
