The waiters here truly make it a fun experience, especially for Christmas eve! We ordered both the seafood special and steak and it was the best decision ever! Steak was juicy and tender and lobster was perfect! Don't let the prices intimidateyou, what you get is a fine dining experience with food to match.

While walking through Montreal I found this sweet little spot. As a Ontarian I wanted to try the lobster poutine. Wow... at first I figured it would be chunks of lobster in the poutine, NO! it was a half lobster placed onto of the poutine. The meal was great and a wonderful experience. While enjoying dinner a band started to play in the town square, they were very loud but only lasted 30 minutes. Great spot if your are in the area!

As a past member of Chaîne de Rôtisser, known worldwide for having a membership experienced evaluating superb culinary experiences, I'm really stunned by the low rating this restaurant has on Yelp. My husband and I are visiting Montreal this week (2023.09.05) thru Sunday and this is our first trip out of the US since COVID. We had our first dinner out here and we had a marvelous time. The hostess was charming and tremendously helpful explaining to us what the establishment offered without being pushy or abrupt; just totally open and accommodating. In addition to the standard ordering off the menu they had 3 fixed cost bundled meal plans that not only made making a decent meal selection easy, but each plan had excellent meal choices.Wanting to do something different we selected the mid-range meal bundle and both selected the roasted duck. It was wonderful (perfectly cooked and seasoned), the server was prompt, genuinely friendly and helpful. We sat outside. Some of the other reviews on here picking out things like the decor as minuses are picking at issues irrelevant to a fine dining experience. The food was excellent, presented nicely, the service was friendly, expeditious, and on-point, and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. What else can you ask for? The photos speak for themselves. WE RECOMMEND.Dietary restrictions: My husband is emotionally allergic to cheese. Yeah, go figure right? But we all are entitled to knowing what we like and dislike.

Absolutely horrible. This is a scam. This place is for clueless tourists. I had the steak. I asked medium rare, it came well done. I asked for a new one and it came back almost the same. The fries are frozen and the sauce is clearly from a packet. The caramel brûlée was the best part and was 100% from Costco I buy the same brand and you can see the little foil on the side ! Do not come here it is not worth it and way too expensive. My boyfriend had the lobster and it was overcooked. Just go somewhere else and save your money and tastebuds.

We walked by this lovely restaurant in the afternoon and the waiter showed us everything on the menus. It reminded me of restaurants in Little Italy in NYC when the owners talk to you. I love that atmosphere. We'll I had the seafood casserole dish. We sat street side and it was delicious. People walking by came into the restaurant because they saw my delicious plate. One of the best seafood dishes I've ever had. Great staff that were so kind. You won't be disappointed.

We were hungry and tired and fell into the restaurant late on a Friday evening. The staff were polite and kind and helpful. Good wine choices and lots of choices for dinner - proteins or pastas and all kinds of special deals. Everything comes with soup or salad. Specials add coffee/dessert as well. It was a good solid dinner for 4 with a dairy allergy in the party. Pastas were hearty but not ridiculous sized. Salads were yummy with a mustard Dijon dressing. One grilled chicken skewer special and we got the chocolate cake for dessert that went with it. It was great. A nice meal and perfect for us for the evening. It wasn't anything fancy but that suited us for our needs. I would still recommend coming here knowing it is in the heart of the tourist section of Old Montreal.

Very nice little restaurant. Kind people, great food, great location. Amazing atmosphere. There was live music playing which made the place so much better. I dont know about the inside because I sat outside but I can tell you I’d definitely recommend this little place. The reason I gave the food a 4/5 is because I asked my steak to be medium well but they just made is medium. I’m not going to complain about that because overall amazing food. I for sure recommend this restaurant.

My family went to dinner at this place drawn by their special of entree, soup/salad and dessert. I hesitated due to the review under 4. All four of us asked something different-salmon, steak, chicken, and lobster. The salad was very good and the vegetable cream soup was excellent. The bread was ok. We were all happy with our entree. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. The mushy brócoli is my only quibble. The crème brûlée and Tiramisu were good but I was expecting better.
