It would appear that the restaurant does not receive Open Table bookings. In spite of my making a reservation two weeks in advance, they said I didn't have one and gave me an unacceptable table for six. After some negotiating and upset, we got a slightly better one. After that we enjoyed the food.

Took three hours for a three service course, didn’t even get to eat dessert as it was closing time. Waitress “forgot” to bring them out. Bathroom was closed and there was no solution offered. When we finally got the check, 30mins after asking, she charged us for the desserts even though we did not receive them. Food was good but service, wait time and facilities were not.

Edit: I just checked again and my waitress deleted her 5-star review… these are really shady business practices. Save your 80$ and go elsewhere.

Please stay away from this place. I had such a bad experience and had to wait for my food for 2 hours, and the staff seemed very stressed and poorly directed by the manager. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant in my life.

I also noticed that one of the only 5-star reviews here is from my waitress?? I’m sorry but please do better.

Food - nothing special
Service - almost non existent (waiting forever for everything)
Atmosphere - sitting right next to baseboard heating made it very uncomfortable. Tables too close to each other making it impossible to get up. It was like + 27 on a warm November night.
Not posible to pay by card - machine broke down. Either cash or e-transfer to a random email address….never again!

We booked a table for a brunch (Montreal a table) but the service was a disaster and the viennoiserie were not home made or from a bakery. We were disappointed to spend so many time waiting for our brunch

Un service catastrophique, devoir attendre + de 40min pour qu'on nous prennent notre commande, Brunch par contre vraiment très très bon De belle assiette Mais dans leur menu de mtl à table c'est marquer « boisson chaude » Ma conjointe demande un chocolat chaud on lui répond qu'il en font pas et on ne lui propose rien d'autre c'est un café ou rien 😅 Vraiment très déçu par cette expérience

Nous avons été placés à une table et avons attendu 45min sans que personne ne vienne nous voir pour passer commande ou même nous servir un café....! Après 45min d'attente, nous avons décidé de partir !

Service was very slow. We even saw a couple leave because of the wait just to have the menus brought to them. The waitress never took back our menus despite being prompted. We had to hold on to them despite having a very small table until I could dump them on a vacated table. Not all advertised menu items were available. We were disappointed that the one we wanted was not available. My beef carpaccio was a plate of beets with beef sprinkles. My wife's dish was missing the figs the menu advertised. Earlier in the day, the restaurant called me to tell me that their payment gateway system was down. They called me later to tell me it was back up running again. When we went to pay, it was not working, and we had to pay cash. We are not coming back.

My worst restaurant experience in 5 years, we came here for MTL a table and will never come back. Horrible experience

Terrible service, 5 server but took them 30minutes to get us water, we had to open our bottle of wine ourselves. after an hour and a half they took our order but half the thing were missing, the server seem confused and didn’t even know any of the dish. Every customer seem so confused about the service. We finally left bevause they couldn’t get us any food.

do not waste your time and go there!

Nous sommes allées pour l'experience Montréal a table. Il n'y avait pas de chef ! Après 2 heures d'attentes et une entrée nous avons décidé de quitter.

I made a reservation for 8 people at this restaurant for Sunday November 10 through Open Table. They acknowledged my reservation and sent me a reminder the day before. Reservation was for 6PM but around 5PM (while I was driving) Open table sent me a message that my reservation has been canceled by the restaurant 🙄. Imagine the situation, I went however to the restaurant, that was indeed closed (locked) to wait for my friends.
What a shame...
Thank God there was a Casa Greque near by and we all went there.

One of the cook went for a smoke by the door, without closing it. We could see him from our seats and the restaurant smelled like smoke. Our third dish came before our second and our fourth (dessert) never came. They offered a discount for the missing dessert. We never received glasses for water. The food wasn’t great : portions were small, the medium rare steak was rare and the salads here and there consisted of spring mix with a little salad dressing. We are never going back again.

On est arrivé au restaurant on nous a dit de choisir notre table (la table était moitié monté, il manquait des choses... une bouteille d'eau mais pas des verre). On est allé pour le MTL à table. On a attendu 25 minutes pour que la serveuse vienne nous voir car j'ai du l'appeler. Elle nous a rien apporté, pas de menu, pas de verre d'eau. Quand on a demandé le menu brunch du MTL à table elle n'avait pas le premier service par « problème de production », ni deux des trois plats disponibles. Le restaurant a l'air d'un appartement adapté à un restaurant, la serveuse marchait lentement et n'avait pas l'air de vouloir être là. En plus de la non disponibilité du menu. Nous sommes parti après avoir perdu notre temps et sans avoir mangé quoi que ce soit.
