Initially, the menu we had agreed upon was switched at the last minute, causing us significant trouble as we had already printed the menus. This lack of consistency was just the beginning of our issues.

The pulled pork sandwiches were severely lacking in meat, essentially making them BBQ sauce sandwiches. On the first day, the cannolis were extremely mushy and only filled on the sides—not throughout—which was particularly disappointing to me as an Italian.

The salads were all tasteless, with the couscous being the only mildly acceptable option, though still quite bland. To make matters worse, the gluten-free meals looked like they had exploded on the plates.

Given the high cost, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend Le Traiteur for any event.
