I ordered a chicken Cajun sandwich at The Warehouse and had a very disappointing experience with my server, Cassandre. She never clarified basic things about the order (like extra mayo), didn’t check if the food was okay, and showed no energy or friendliness. After we paid, she seemed upset about the tip on a $7 meal and actually talked about our table with other servers. She even threw out our water in the street and aggressively handed back our change without so much as a “thank you” or “good evening.” Overall, unprofessional and unpleasant service, not what I expect when dining out.

Drinks and everything were fine however this night with my girlies we had ordered some drinks and it already took hella long for a couple of shots & cocktails. When we wanted to order more but the waitress never came around for so long until my friend asked the bartender for drinks but refused and said only our server can get them. But then we find out they decided to switch servers without telling each other?? We finally got our second round and later asked for the bill. We noticed the server was taking forever and is drinking and getting flirty with a customer??? It had been almost an hour since we asked for the bill. Absolutely horrible do not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience. We waited over 30 minutes and were not served, while others who came later were. The staff and even the security outside showed discriminatory behavior. Unfortunately, the whole experience felt racist and unwelcoming. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
Yesterday my friends and I visited your bar, but unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience with the server. From the start, she did not seem very welcoming and led us to a table that was not suitable. Food from the balcony area above us were thrown onto our table, which made us uncomfortable.
When we asked politely if we could change tables, she responded in a dismissive and mocking manner, saying that it was not possible and that we had to stay where we were. We explained that we preferred to move, but she insisted that since we had already ordered food, we could not. She even threatened to call the manager and security if we refused to stay. However, the truth is that we had not placed any order for food yet.
This situation felt very unprofessional and disrespectful, and it left us with a negative impression of the service. I used to like warehouse but I don’t think I would ever go back!

This restaurant has a great vibe — the atmosphere is beautiful, the music was nice, and overall it seemed like a perfect hangout spot. I understand that weekends get busy, and I was prepared for a bit of a wait. But unfortunately, the service was a huge letdown.
We waited over an hour just to order nachos and fries, and had a really hard time getting our server's attention. Our server, Charly, was hands down the rudest and most unprofessional server I’ve ever encountered. When I decided not to leave a tip due to the poor service, she asked me about it three separate times, then aggressively grabbed her receipts and stormed off. It was extremely uncomfortable and uncalled for.
To make matters worse, my friend had actually left a $15 tip, even though the service wasn’t great — and Charly manually entered a much higher amount without permission. It felt like she was trying to make up for tips she didn’t earn by taking advantage of a kind customer. That is completely unacceptable.
This place has so much potential because of its vibe and location, but the staff needs serious improvement. Until they bring in professional, respectful servers, I won’t be returning — and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
