My wife and I stumbled upon 3 Brothers Tuesday night and we're so glad we did. The homemade beer is very good, and while the food was just acceptable, it did the trick. Great place for craft beer and pub food right in the heart of downtown. The atmosphere is lively, especially in the evenings, and the staff is welcoming. Their in-house beers are worth trying, and the menu has plenty of hearty options to go with them.
We shared a Scandiflam; a flammekeuche (like a flatbread pizza) with hot smoked salmon, fennel, arugula, capers, red onion, potato slices, Gournay cheese with herbs, Swiss and mozzarella. We didn't notice fennel on it but it was delicious. Paired with the house Blonde, their gold-medal-winning beer. A yummy lunch.
