Beautiful old Montreal restaurant. Came here for lunch and we loved the ambiance and service. The paella was very nice. Service was excellent and friendly. Definitely recommended.
Out of the many place we dined in old montreal, this was the best. I am an excellent cook and make paella on a regular basis. The paella that I had here was without question, the best paella I have ever had! My wife had a shrimp dish that was also outstanding. Great job on the food and the service was also top notch.
Yummy food and excellent service. We enjoyed a pork loin roast and a salmon. Both were delicious and perfectly prepared. Our server was a delightful young woman named Agathe who was happy to talk with us, very friendly and attentive. She found some tasty gluten free bread for me, which was not on the menu, and had excellent recommendations for wines to pair with our meals. We also talked with other servers who also were friendly. Great place.
Wen couples of times, they have great salads, all staff were kind and very helpfull. Location very convenient and decoration pretty good.
Amazing restaurant! We stopped here on a whim while exploring the Old Port. The menu is very pricey, like all the other Old Port restaurants, but the food was amazing! Our waitress was incredible, especially since only some of us speak French. The ambiance was reminiscent of a beautiful French cafe and the location was perfect for a post dinner stroll the Circ du Soleil and the other attractions in the area. Can’t wait to come back!
What a loverly restaurant we found here. My friends and my wife and I had lunch yesterday. The lunch menus was superb and only about $33 ahead for 2 courses and coffee I had the soup and grilled mackerel and it was the best way to have a long lunch and remember Montréal. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and the American guys on the next table added to the ambiance Do try it
Food so delicious and personnel very attentive and always with a smile. I got recommendations among 12 hours braised lamp.. I hope to comeback soon to Montreal and to this excelente spot.
Very interesting mix of Spanish/French food in outside on St Paul sidewalk for lunch. We had to lunch specials menu which was very good value and very well presented, highly recommended! Definitely go back but overall not quite at 5 star level.
A wonderful find along a very touristy street. Very calming decor, friendly and attentive staff, great food. We had a light lunch but our gazpacho, quiche, onion soup and Spanish orange cake were all terrific. We’ll be back !
We had the giant meat platter (parillada?). I’ve never seen so much meat in one plate. Three of us ate it but couldn’t finish. A bit of veggies underneath. All was good. The appetizers were small and not very memorable. Trout was good.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, attentive service and a thoughtful ladies bathroom! I just felt like they cared for clients.
We have been here 3 weeks and this is the best meal we have had in the city. All dishes were perfection. And the service was charming. It's a very pretty restaurant in Old Montreal. Supposed to be Basque, but there are only a few dishes that relate to this region. There were a couple of big parties here tonight so there was a lot of noise. The food was perfect.
This was a wise choice for our last day of a 17 day trip through beautiful Quebec. I had the vegan paella and my husband had the shrimp/scallop main, both beautifully presented and cooked. The profiterole dessert was to die for. Large portion, worth sharing. Service was terrific. Note: this is not necessarily a good choice for a quiet, Romantic dinner. We were there on a Saturday night and given its location in Old Montreal, it was packed to the brim, quite boisterous, and the tables are VERY close together.
Lovely atmosphere, excellent service. Large American portions. But way overpriced, especially for the quality. Good, but not good enough for the price.
We were looking for a restaurant for an early dinner before going to a show in Montreal. Great find. Service was outstanding. we both ordered seafood paella, which was excellent. Prices may seem a bit high, but the quality and portions (at least with the paella) were excellent. We only visited this one time, but the menu looked extensive and excellent.
